These terms govern access to mirror-cloudcore.digital and enrolment in Mirror Cloudcore teaching programmes. Last updated 13 August 2026.
Acceptance
By browsing this site, submitting a form, or accepting an invoice for a programme, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request a seat.

Informational pricing and no checkout
Prices on this website are informational. The site does not process payments or complete checkout. A contract for a programme is formed only when we issue a written confirmation and you pay the invoice by the stated method. Until then, descriptions of programmes may change.
Programme participation
Seats are limited. We may decline an enquiry when the work is a poor fit (for example, when the request is purely paid-acquisition training). You must provide accurate information and keep extracts you share sanitised of personal data unless we have a separate written arrangement.
Remote and Bangkok seats are held to the same attendance and workbook standard. Recordings, if any, are for enrolled participants only and may not be redistributed.
Intellectual property
Site copy, the Signal Map, slide frames, workbooks, and the Mirror Cloudcore name remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your internal professional work. You may not resell, publish, or teach from our workbooks as if they were your curriculum.
Work you create during a studio (your leak ranking, event dictionary, extracts) remains yours. We may reference anonymised patterns in teaching unless you ask otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site: no scraping that degrades service, no submitting false identities, no uploading malware via forms, and no using programme materials to impersonate Mirror Cloudcore. We may suspend access if these rules are broken.
Liability
Programmes teach analytical judgement. They do not guarantee revenue, ranking, or investor outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Mirror Cloudcore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for decisions you take after applying the methods. Our aggregate liability arising from a programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
Third-party content
Links to other sites, image hosts, or font providers are outside our control. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those services.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes that affect an already confirmed enrolment will be notified by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from use of the site and programmes, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
