We process personal data in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where a participant is in another jurisdiction, with any additional rules that necessarily apply to that relationship.

What we collect

From enquiry forms: name, email, optional topic, message, and the page you sent it from. From enrolment: billing name, company, seat details, and attendance notes. From the site: technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, kept only as needed to operate and secure the site. Cookie-related data is described on the Cookies page.

Do not send special-category data or unredacted customer databases through the public form. If a House Residency requires a data-processing arrangement, we will put that in writing first.

Purposes and legal bases

We use enquiry data to reply and to assess programme fit (contractual steps or legitimate interests in running a teaching studio). We use enrolment data to deliver the programme, invoice, and meet accounting duties. We use security logs to protect the site. Marketing mail is sent only if you ask to join the alumni list or another explicit list; you can leave at any time.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to 18 months in case you follow up about a later intake, then deleted or aggregated. Confirmed enrolment records, invoices, and attendance notes are kept for 7 years to satisfy Thai accounting and tax practice, then reduced to the minimum needed for alumni contact if you remain on that list. Server logs are rotated on a shorter cycle, typically within 90 days, unless needed for a security investigation.

Your rights

Subject to PDPA conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and you may withdraw consent where consent was the basis (for example, optional analytics cookies or alumni mail). You may lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee. To exercise rights, write to info@mirror-cloudcore.digital with enough detail for us to locate your record. We may need to verify identity before acting.

International transfers

Our teaching is based in Thailand. Some processors (email, fonts, image delivery, or hosting) may store or access data outside Thailand. Where we use such processors, we look for contractual safeguards and only transfer what is needed to run the site or the programme. If you join a remote seat from another country, your data will be handled in Thailand as the primary location of the studio.

Processors and sharing

We share personal data with service providers who host email, invoicing, or the website, and with instructors only as required to teach your cohort. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Thai law or to protect the studio or participants from serious harm.

Children

Programmes are designed for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top will move. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be emailed.
