Cookie policy

This page explains what cookies are, which ones Mirror Cloudcore uses, and how you can accept, reject, or disable them. It should be read with our privacy notice.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when a site asks the browser to remember a fact — a consent choice, a language, or a visit for measurement. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) can play the same role. On this site, your cookie banner choice is stored in localStorage under a brand-prefixed key, not only as a classic cookie.

Types we use

Essential. Needed to remember your Accept or Reject choice and to keep basic pages working. These do not require analytics consent. Rejecting analytics does not block programmes, forms, or content.

Analytics (optional). Used only if you press Accept, to understand which programme and journal pages are read. If you press Reject, we do not set analytics cookies. The studio remains fully usable either way.

How to manage or disable cookies

On first visit, the banner offers Accept and Reject with equal clarity. Your choice is saved as mirror-cloudcore-cookie-consent. To decide again, clear this site’s localStorage (or all site data) in your browser settings and reload; the banner will return.

You can also block or delete cookies in browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and others each have a privacy or cookies panel). Blocking all cookies may affect font loading or image CDNs; it will not be used by us as a reason to withhold teaching content.

Third-party cookies

Fonts and public images are loaded from third-party networks. Those networks may set their own cookies or similar identifiers according to their policies. We do not control their duration. Optional analytics on our domain runs only after Accept.

Impact of disabling

Rejecting analytics or disabling optional cookies does not hide syllabi, forms, or legal pages. You may see the consent banner again after clearing storage. If you block essential storage entirely, the banner may reappear every visit and we may be unable to remember a Reject choice — the site still functions.

More about personal data

Cookie-related identifiers are personal data when they can be linked to you. See the privacy notice for controller details, retention, rights, and international transfers. Questions: info@mirror-cloudcore.digital.
