Listing to Loyalty Studio
A six-week critique studio for product, growth, and marketplace ops leads who need Marketplace App Analytics that survive contact with a live catalogue — not a template dashboard.
What you should leave able to do
- Draw a search-to-second-order map with named leaks and counter-metrics.
- Write an event dictionary both buyer-side and seller-side teams will actually use.
- Rank three roadmap bets using Marketplace App Analytics, not vanity GMV.
- Spot when a promo “works” by stealing future orders.
- Brief engineering on instrumentation gaps without handing over a 60-field wishlist.
Who it is for
PMs, growth leads, marketplace ops managers, and analytics partners who already query a warehouse. If you have never shipped a listing or a checkout flow, start with a conversation on the contact page instead of booking a seat.
Teams from grocery, fashion, services, and digital goods have sat this studio. Category differences are welcome; two-sided mechanics are the common language.
Modules
- 01
Catalogue truth
Listing completeness, duplicate SKUs, and why “active listings” is a political metric. You rebuild a trustable listing base before any funnel math.
- 02
Search as a product surface
Query classes, zero results, ranking vs. inventory, and the hand-off into PDP. Includes the Search Ranking Diagnostics mini-tree used in the shorter programme.
- 03
PDP to payment
Image quality, variant confusion, shipping promise, and payment drop. We separate UX friction from price and trust problems.
- 04
Seller behaviour under the funnel
Chat latency, stock accuracy, cancellation rates, and take-rate pressure. Buyer funnels that ignore sellers are fiction.
- 05
First repeat and loyalty windows
Second-order timing, category seasonality in Thailand, and promo hangover. You plot cohorts that do not lie during Songkran.
- 06
Leak ranking & instrumentation brief
Choose three leaks, attach counter-metrics, and write the smallest event dictionary that would let you watch them next quarter.
Instructor
Araya Kittisak
Araya spent nine years inside marketplace product organisations in Bangkok and Singapore before opening Mirror Cloudcore. She still reviews every Listing to Loyalty workbook herself. Her bias is toward fewer metrics, named clearly, with a seller consequence attached.
Informational pricing
THB 48,500 per seat for the six-week studio, including workbook reviews and one post-studio office hour. This page does not take payment. Seats are confirmed by the studio after a short fit conversation.
Company groups of three or more can request a private room; fees are quoted separately and remain informational until an invoice is issued.

“Module 04 on seller chat latency changed how we read ‘conversion.’ We had been punishing listing photos for a problem that lived in response time.”
“I wanted more SQL recipes than Araya would give. The leak ranking still holds up on our grocery app three months later, which I did not expect from a critique-style room.”
Questions we actually get
Do I need SQL or a specific analytics tool?
You need to be able to pull a basic extract or work with someone who can. The studio is tool-agnostic. We will not migrate you onto a vendor platform.
Is there a real limitation I should know?
Yes. Listing to Loyalty Studio does not cover paid user-acquisition bidding, creative production, or app-store ASO. If your bottleneck is buying installs, this is the wrong room. We also do not debug warehouse pipelines; bring extracts that already run.
Can I attend fully remote?
Yes. Remote seats join the same critique circles as the Bangkok room. You will still need a quiet block of time; this is not a recorded binge course.
What if the dates do not fit?
Write via contact and ask about the next intake or a private group. Refund and cancellation rules live on the refund page.
